Customer Care

To preserve a working communication system between Sentient and our clients, Sentient Medical Systems has created Sentient Customer Care. The goal of this department is to maintain a 100% satisfaction rate with those we serve. Sentient Customer Care embraces two roles: a mechanism for customer response with regards to questions and concerns as well as a conduit for Business Development to Operational hand-off with new clients.

As a mechanism for customer response to questions and concerns, Sentient Customer Care will serve as an avenue where clients may voice opinions, questions, and concerns. Sentient Customer Care can be easily contacted through various avenues. An email link specifically designed for Customer Care questions/concerns, customercare@sentientmedical.com, is available to our clients 24 hours, 7 days a week. In addition, representatives from the department can be reached during business hours, Monday through Friday, at 888-481-9185, x132.

Sentient Customer Care is an information conduit between Business Development and Operations. It facilitates the shift between departments and will provide reinforcement during the initiation of service to new accounts, allowing a smooth transition from business development to patient care by providing education to clients and identifying customer needs to Sentient.
