September 2007 Sentient Hero: Alison Kelly

Alison Kelly, Clinical Manager for the Maryland LLC, is the Sentient hero for September. We recognize her for becoming the first neurotech in the company to bring a new case to us in the Tech Incentive Program. We have begun to build a business relationship with this surgeon and have done two more cases with him. Alison also serves on the leadership committee for the customer service program and chairs the rewards and recognition subcommittee. She attained her CNIM certification one year after joining the company and was promoted to Clinical Manager in June 2007. Her infectious enthusiasm for what she does will help to build the MD base of business.
